The balls also got stuck at one point in the machine and we waited 20 minutes for the tech to come fix it, only for it not to be put together correctly and the cover slid off. We requested a refund only to be told, not until we finish the kids lane, after 3 hrs of broken equipment and no more patience we just started throwing gutter balls just to complete the game so we could get refunded for the broken lane and the second matches we paid for.
